centimeters are millimeters in fact

I here you! At your weight and level of fitness the losses can really slow down. But keep it up and you will reach your goal.

CrossFit today. The workout included front squats. I've been having trouble getting all the way down into the "hole" as they say. :D So today I decided to lighten the weight and bit and work of form. It was great to complete the workout feeling like I really had the technique!

Welcome Azazelsfyre – sounds like work gives you more of a workout than most of us get!

Sorry you’re discouraged Tunnrida, but measure your efforts, not results – you keep at it, and every day you are healtier in small ways.

Pam, form matters, but sometimes we all want to be a little powerful, and do more weight than we should.

Today was a powerful run – I did 3.39 miles in 30 minutes, not a PR, but something I’m proud of. Then Boot Camp – the instructor set up four stations, and we moved from one to the next, Kettlebells, Resistance Bands, Steps, and crunches with weights, it was killer, and I’m proud to have kept up!

Be strong, be yourself!

I was not exactly bright eyed and bushy tailed as I first met Mr. Treadmill this morning, so I said "I'm here, that's enough, I'll keep moving, but I won't try for anything spectacular" - and so I did, but it's intersting, those mornings used to mean setting the speed at 6 MPH, now it's 6.7, with a "what the hell, I can do better" after a while. 3.25 miles, 29 minutes two of those minutes were cool down.

Then a wonderful yoga class.

I work so I can do this...

I too headed to the gym with a "OK at least I'm here" feeling. But once there the spirit of the place took hold and I had an awesome workout! I'm even thinking I may go in tomorrow - 2 days in a row is not my usual MO :D
