Add Sugar to Nutritional Goals Requirements

They should add sugar to nutritional goals requirements for tracking purposes.

I have the same question as you.
I don't know how to get the answer.
There are a few more similar queries / comments in the software discussion group but I did not see any helpful info.

The FitDay owners / staff apparently have let their entire website fall behind. Nobody seems to be performing maintenance.

All this site does is provide an advertisement of their downloaded program for purchase... and even that is failing to perform properly as I've seen people post that their payment has been accepted but that the download failed.

Tracking sugar

Hi! I just signed on today, and noticed right away that I couldn't track my sugar intake :( so I totally agree with you. It's so important to be able to track sugar intake, so I hope the site changes to accommodate this!:)

Money

Why do ya think you can't track sugar on this site? Money of course! The Ad sponsors would be upset if you really knew how much sugar you were consuming each day.

Need to add tracking of sugar

They really do need to add tracking of grams of sugar. I'm shocked they still haven't added this...

Hi Everyone,

I am new here and have what may be a stupid question but.......

when logging my foods it list "alcohol". What is that? Since there is no place for sugar I am assuming that's what it is.

Can anyone explain.

zoe2642 ...I've been wondering the exact same thing.
Can anyone please tell us if the "alcohol" section is also to be used for sugar.

I can seem many folks are complaining about this. Most certainly sugar should be tracked like any of the other elements.

FitDay, please help!

Fat, calories, sugar: Nutrition labels getting a makeover - CNN.com

It's difficult to track what is not consistently included in a label. So, maybe soon added sugars will be included in the nutrition label and that will prompt changes.

Absolutely! I need to track sugar to have the correct ratios on the charts. I have been putting sugar where "alcohol" is for lack of a better spot. I am mostly counting calories but would appreciate the site making this correction. How to get it done?
