Request: Would like tracking of sugar
Would anyone else like to see the sugar content in foods?
|
Definitely. Actually, I'm much more concerned about sugar than fat.
|
Yes! I think it's pretty horrible that it's not a current feature, as it is on every single other tracking program out there. I just don't see how that could have been left out??

sugar content in foods
I think it's absolutely scandelous how our government has allowed the food industry to put sugar in almost EVERYTHING. I'm sorry, but in my opinion, salad dressing and the like doesn't need to have sugar in it. Even the cole slaw at the different chicken and fish fast food joints have sugar as one of the main ingredients. You almost can't find a breakfast cereal that doesn't have sugar as one of the main ingredients. What's up with all the sugar? It's so unhealthy. No wonder we're a nation of overweight diabetics... It's shameful.

Sugar
the amount of sugar you take in daily is an important part of losing weight and is included in Nutrition facts yet there is no way to enter it on a custom food or track it in your food log. all you can do is add sugar as a food but thats not very helpful. please add sugar tracking. thank you.

Sugar content
I am very curious... why leave out the sugar content of the food items for the free version? Or, am I just not seeing it?!?!?

sugar catagory would be useful
I have the same question as you.
I don't know how to get the answer. There are a few more similar queries / comments in the software discussion group but I did not see any helpful info. |
Thanks for your reply. I hope someone who knows replies to our concern. It seems very weird for them not to have something such as sugar. I have been looking up foods on nutritiondata since I wish to know the sugar content.
If I find out anything I will let you know. |
Alcohol
Hi Everyone,
I am new here and have what may be a stupid question but....... when logging my foods it list "alcohol". What is that? Since there is no place for sugar I am assuming that's what it is. Can anyone explain. |
