Layer the chicken into the pita along with some diced cucumber, sliced mozzarella cheese, diced red pepper, along with some spinach leaves. Drizzle over top some balsamic dressing and then toss and serve.

Mango Salad With Yogurt

Mango salad is the next great dish that you can prepare when in a hurry and you have no time to cook. To prepare this, get together some salad greens, sliced mango, diced red onion, along with some dried cranberries and slivered almonds. Toss together and then add a few large spoonful’s of low fat, low sugar plain Greek yogurt, topped with poppy seeds. Squeeze half a lemon over the entire salad and then serve. It’ll be a unique twist on the everyday salad you’re used to.

Turkey Avocado Salad

Finally, another delicious salad to prepare is a turkey avocado salad. This one is easily made with low sodium turkey deli meat you purchase from your local deli. Place it on top of a bed of mixed greens and then to that add half a sliced avocado. Top with some sliced radishes, sliced carrots, and some bean sprouts for added flavor as desired.

For the dressing, combine two tablespoons of low-fat Greek yogurt with a tablespoon of reduced fat Ranch dressing and then drizzle on top. Toss and serve.
