The Skincare Routines That Celebs Swear By

We all have different requirements for our skin, and therefore no two persons' skincare routines are the same. That said, there are certain products on the market that celebs swear by that could also work for you.

Salma Hayek is an impossibly beautiful woman, and her skincare routine is simple. She has her own Nuance beauty line, and she spoke to Glamour about her straight-forward skincare routine, and how she embraces natural ingredients. She said, "I think that my beauty routine, and how I see beauty is from what I've learned from my grandmother. It made me realize that there are things that were not out there because [most brands] go by trends. There are things that are really good that are pushed to the side just because they're trying too hard to sell you the new thing to always create some kind of event."

Emma Watson is a big fan of MV Organics skincare and her testimonial is featured on the brand's website. She said, "I have the most unbelievably sensitive skin in the world, so I love this moisturizer. It’s extra hydrating and smells of roses, which is heaven."

In keeping with the MV Organics brand, it’s also loved by Brooke Shields, who said, “I absolutely adore all the products in the MV Organic Skincare line. They are luxurious, smell divine, and make me feel pampered every day. I can’t do without the Instant Revival Booster and the Rose Plus Booster and I even carry the Rose Soothing & Protective Moisturiser around with me, in my purse.”

Miranda Kerr is an advocate for organic products and has even created her own cosmetic line, Kora Organics, which was launched in 2009. The company’s website states: “We have created an award-winning range of certified organic and certified natural products that detoxify, nourish and revitalise your skin. KORA Organics products are highly concentrated and active, delivering visible results while restoring your skin to its optimal health.”

Kerr has spoken about her skincare routine in an interview with Gritty Pretty, saying, “I want people to be more aware of what they're putting on to their skin and the potential harm or risk those chemicals carry. Healthy skin is beautiful skin!”

Victoria Beckham has aged well, there is no denying that, but she may have Dr. Lancer’s products to thank. She spoke to Elle about her skincare routine, saying, “I swear by Dr. Lancer products. He's a dermatologist that I met in Los Angeles. I started going to him for oxygen facials, and I haven't looked back. I don't really use products other than his. I keep it quite simple with a really good polish, then an exfoliating cleanse, then I use a nourish cream, which is a really beautiful moisturizer…”

Supermodels are required to look good at all times and they wear a lot of products on their face, and it's important to always remove those products, something which Jourdan Dunn stresses. Dunn was blessed with beautiful skin, and she told IntoTheGloss that she used to use Clean & Clear face wash up until she was aged 19, as it was then that she was introduced to the luxury skincare, Crème de La Mer. She explained, “I got it in a gift bag and my mum joked, ‘Yeah, now you’re going to have to keep on doing this, so we can get this stuff!’ I got my routine from her — she was always big on looking after your skin and making sure you take your makeup off and drink water."
