Default Losing Weight is about Your Raising Metabolism

You can raise your metabolism with some simple steps that are not hard.
Simple Steps:
Eat Breakfast every day
Do some push-ups, 20, before breakfast
Do not sit for more than 30 minutes at a time - get up and move around!
Make sure to get some sunlight every day
Practice breathing properly (through your diaphragm)
After dinner snacks should only consist of fruit eaten slowly

Question Losing weight

This is absolutely correct. Activity in terms of tunning, walking, reading, sleeping, along with eating Healthy Products, (low Carb, low Sodium, high protein) will help reduce fat, trim the body and increase energy. Smaller meals are better as well for the digestion

Yes you are absolutely right , weight loss is all about good metabolism !!
The good is the metabolism , easier the weight loss!!

Oolong and Yerba Mate are also great metabolism boosters. And if you switch out your coffee for Yerba Mate you won't even miss your coffee buzz.

olives have good fat, but high sodium, eat in moderation as well as raw nuts Ė only 7-10 nuts per serving, not a handful. Veggies do not have to be raw, lightly steamed or blanched helps. A smidge of almond butter on celery is yummy and sustaining! it also helps to grow metabolism faster !!

Question black tea

Does black tea work? That is what I drink. Sometimes I make a pot with 2 tbls of coffee.

I read a little about Yerba mate...it's a carcinogen and should not be drank excessively?

The incidence of cancer in Argentina is not higher than average. They drink "mate" all day long - they start young, too.

So that may give you the answer you need.

I think the cancer thing is associated with burnt food - like consuming coffee grinds. Mate is toasted, but I do not think to the extent of coffee.
