This is absolutely correct. Activity in terms of tunning, walking, reading, sleeping, along with eating Healthy Products, (low Carb, low Sodium, high protein) will help reduce fat, trim the body and increase energy. Smaller meals are better as well for the digestion

Oolong and Yerba Mate are also great metabolism boosters. And if you switch out your coffee for Yerba Mate you won't even miss your coffee buzz.

So that may give you the answer you need. :) I think the cancer thing is associated with burnt food - like consuming coffee grinds. Mate is toasted, but I do not think to the extent of coffee. Just my two cents! :) |
