after done ur meat,do not sit within 45 mins,it can keep u from increacing fat in ur body.then,after 45 mins,just walk or do some exercise may burn calories more effecitively.

Yes, after taking your meals specially after dinner, don't go to bed early. Walk at least 20mins. It'll help to digest your foods easily as well as burn your extra calories.
