I have already 4 weeks at the same weight regardless of all the exercise and calorie control!
I am terribly angry and frustrated!!!

I completely understand how frustrating it is when you stop seeing results! I am there right now and just started making some changes to hopefully kick-start my weight loss again.

I have read through all of your posts and quite frankly I really don't think that you are eating enough to sustain the amount of exercise you are doing! If your body doesn't have enough fuel, it will go into starvation mode and hold onto everything you have. I would suggest increasing your calories, limiting sugar and sodium, and making sure that you are drinking lots and lots of water!

Good luck

A few days ago I found out for food on Blood Type.
I spent a couple of nights and days studying this nourishment and real testimonies of people who eat like that.
After a lot of very positive stories, I decided to buy three books
Dr. Peter D'Adamo -
EAT RIGHT 4 YOUR TYPE
LIVE RIGHT 4 YOUR TYPE
POCKET GUIDE FOR TYPE 0

I found out that I eat totally wrong foods, and changing diet from tomorrow.
I throw a lot of foods that I practically lived on so far and introduces the current ones of which I should be guaranteed to lose weight.
The goal of this books is not only lose weight but and heal the body!

Is anybody heard about this diet and try it?

I have a number of friends who have aquired a lot of excellent infomation from studying this approach. You find this is just kick to your diet you need. But be aware there is some critism too.

Sometimes just shaking up the diet is enough to get the metabolism going again. Good luck Tunnrida, I know you have been working really hard at shedding those last few pounds!

Four weeks is really not too bad. I understand that it is frustrating, but look at how our bodies are designed...we NEED to stay at one weight for a long time--hopefully, our goal weight, for the rest of our life. When you hit a plateau, just think of it as 'practicing' for maintenance.

Look also, at how long you were overweight. Was it more than 4 weeks? If so, you body had lots of practice staying there and now it needs to practice staying at a lower weight before you move to the next plateau (goal).

Hopefully, this new way of eating (Blood Type Diet) will help you move off of this plateau and take you to the next one.

You are doing really well..keep up the good work! I walk everyday for 35 min and do cardio, Oxycise with Jill Johnson. I eat 1300-1350 cal per day and lose about 1 lb a week which makes me very happy!

It is nice talking with you!
