Thank you!
I pay attention to the percentage of fat intake!
can you tell me something about your diet?
thanks for the compliment!
I hope to be back on that! only with occasional muscles more!

Nice thread Tunnrida! I found some very useful information shared here! I started 3 weeks ago and have my first weigh in on Monday (yikes!!) My main goal is not weigh loss - it is changing the bad habits that I have developed over the years. Ultimately I would like to lose weight but I realize I can't do this until I change my habits and attitude!!

Looks like you have the right attitude and motivation!! Good luck on your journey!

A few days ago I got a new rush of positive energy and started into a new being lost pounds.
Currently I am going from 130.5 lbs.
I have to lose 26 Ibs.
Maybe that sounds exaggerating about my weight, but I am tall 63 in and and this 26 Ibs means a lot on me.
I just want to go back on my old weight, from 4 years ago when I got some health problems and got the weight.
In my case, and it seems a lot of others as well, the thing that gets your weight stuck even though you are doing what you think you need to, is simply sugars. That includes all fruits and the banana in the morning. No sweet foods, no sugar. And of course keeping your daily carbs below 100g.

That's what restarts your fat-burning and gets you tracking down again.

If you need sweet drinks on your tongue during the day, there are some diet ice teas made with sucralose. Works great.

On Monday are the weighing and measuring.
I am afraid that I would not exactly thrilled with scales despite my exercise and diet.
I feel tense and stiffer but does not feel lighter!
can not seem to find a permanent diet that suits me in the long run
I hold a 95% limited calories but I feel I do not eat good food...
We'll see in three days!
