The healthiest way to lose weight, in my opinion, is a lifestyle change with a slow and steady loss of weight. Exercise for at least 150 minutes a week (30 mins a day for five days), eat in moderation, try to keep at least 80% of what you eat healthy, get adequate quality sleep, and drink plenty of water to keep your system clean.
