Great question! I think good fitness goes beyond just looks or weight—it's really about how well your body performs, feels, and recovers. For me, it's a balance of strength, endurance, flexibility, and mental well-being. Everyone's version of "good fitness" can be different depending on their goals—whether it's running a marathon, lifting heavy, staying active with the kids, or simply feeling energetic throughout the day.
The key is consistency and finding a routine you enjoy so it becomes part of your lifestyle, not a chore. What does good fitness mean to you all personally?

Finding good fitness advice can be overwhelming with so many tips about diets, workouts, and supplements. A peptide health consultation gave me insight into recovery and muscle support by showing how specific peptides might work with my metabolism and energy levels. Combining training with this kind of guidance makes progress feel more personal and effective.
