If you want to lose weight then you should do yoga every day at home by watching online videos on YouTube because you can't go to the gym in this pandemic. Also drink hot water in the morning and put lemon in that water. I am sure it will help you out.

Weight loss is dependant on your caloric expenditure. More calories consumed than calories burned will result in weight gain, and more calories burned than calories consumed will result in weight loss. Of course, exercising will help increase the overall amount of calories burned as well. However, do take note that this is referring to weight loss, not fat loss specifically.
