Yes, you can lose weight by balancing your diet. I will recommend you to buy an electronic watch which tells you how many calories you have burned in one day. I was searching for Liteblue online and while searching for it online, I found your post.

Yes, weight loss is dependant on your caloric expenditure. More calories consumed than calories burned will result in weight gain, and more calories burned than calories consumed will result in weight loss. Of course, exercising will help increase the overall amount of calories burned as well.
