I completely agree with the previous comment! Of course, you should exercise, eat healthy, low-calorie foods. But you can also improve your results!   • Vegetable oils, nuts, seeds, avacados, whole grains etc
  • Lean meat, sea food and whole grains.
  • Milk, nuts, sea food, lean meat etc
  • Berries, grapes, brinjal etc.
