I disagree with you that you should only eat fruits and vegetables. They are full of water and you will swell. This is the first thing. Secondly, a lot depends on genetics. If you have a tendency to be overweight, then a temporary result can inspire you, and then destroy you, because there is a high probability of developing bad eating behavior. The body is not static, but you are impermanent as a person. You cannot stay in the same weight all the time. This is closely related to your mental health. Thirdly, if you do exercises, then only for your own pleasure, and not every time to put on the scales and be sad because you cannot achieve the desired results in any way.
In this case, the scales must be thrown to hell. You need to be comfortable and safe. You shouldn't get hung up on looks. Diets only aggravate the situation and injure the body. It is imperative to consult a doctor, take the necessary tests and only then, based on the state of affairs, decide.
