How to lose weight fast?

Because of the COVID-19, isolation/anxiety/depression/no gym I have gained of 10 lbs. and 2" of waist
blood glucose in the 100's tipping towards pre-diabetes . Yeah, eating brownies and ice cream since
this mess began.
Desperate, so I have gone back to OMAD , one-meal-a-day. Putting in 2000 calories in 1 hr. Also
back to carnivore. Only animal products (no you don't need/have to have fiber). Beef, dairy with
no sugar no very low carbs, under 20 . (your body can make it's own glucose thru Gluconeogenesis).
Loosing body fat (1/2 inch of waist in 3 days). Weight doesn't matter, it's the body fat that counts.
Research intermittent fasting and or Carnivore or Keto. Both I.F. and one of these two together are dynamite.

Your mind must be healthy if you want to get healthy weight. That can only be achieved by thinking positive and focusing the future. While there are lot of exercises which you can do at home and diet must be well balanced according to your lifestyle.

Well, losing weight is really a difficult task and i have done it with a lot of efforts and dedication. I used to exercise for 1 hour on daily basis.
After few weeks, i observed that my weight started declining and my body is coming back to the original shape. In the whole lock down, i focused only on exercise.
