Great list! I especially like Tip #1—having a clear plan really makes a difference when it comes to staying consistent. Daily weigh-ins (Tip #2) help with accountability too, as long as you don’t get discouraged by normal fluctuations. Also love the reminder in Tip #6—telling others adds that extra layer of motivation. Thanks for sharing these!
