Eat Clean Pact: Only junk allowed is pork rinds and 2 pieces sugar free candy per day YES, YES, YES, YES
Calorie limit 1500 1208, 1395, 1460, 1498
Carbs less fiber limit 25g 18.4g, 20.6g, 21.1g, 24.4g
Fiber average 25g per day 26g, 21g, 28g which brings my average up to a GREEN 25g , 26g
Cholesterol average under 300mg 190mg, 265mg, 287mg, 284mg
Saturated fat average 12% or less of total calories 10%, 10%, 11%, 11%

1) 1,650 calories max/day (allow myself 1 guilt free day over 1,650) - 1970, 1484, 1612, 2419 (guilt-free day!)
2) walk for 1 hour, 5 days - no, yes, yes, no
3) weights 5 days - no, yes, yes, no
4) Richard Simmons 3 days (child permitting) - yes, no, no, yes
5) 20% protein minimum - 24%, 32%, 28%, 19%
6) 72oz water minimum - 56oz, 72oz+, 72oz+, 64oz
7) calorie deficit 600+ - 393, 826, 706, +70
8) take vitamins - yes, yes, yes, yes
9) lights out by 11 pm (the night before) - no, yes, no, no
10) log all spending daily - yes, yes, yes, no
It was a screwed up kind of day because I sat around waiting for my dad until after noon, and was rationing my water because I was expecting to be walking where there might not be bathrooms, and I didn't take anything out for dinner because I expected to be out until almost dinnertime, so I agreed with myself that we'd go out to eat and it would be my guilt-free food day, even though the rest of the day I was pretty good. So really we can blame all this red on my dad. New day tomorrow!

I don't need you to tell me that my calories have been all over the place this week, my water non existent until today. I have't worked out cause I haven't had the get up and go to do it and the kiddos expect to see their aunt every day while they're on spring break. On the "green" side of things, I've logged everything. The good, the bad, and the really ugly. I'm STILL losing weight, and that's the biggest in my book right now. My life goals are pretty good, except for the laundry and cat stuff, but I'm off most of the day Saturday and plan on doing that then. I'm taking it one day at a time, and not spending my down time laying under the covers crying. AND, I've been pretty every day this week. So....THERE!
It's a good thing I'm not in LA right now.....I may, just MAY be able to make an orange prison jumpsuit look good.....
ETA: for the newbies--Mike and I rag each other horribly. It's all in good fun, and neither of us take each other seriously. Some have joked that we're secretly an old married couole, but he couldn't be so lucky

MERN . Your Easter dinner sounds great especially the dessert - what time do you want me over lol. I have managed a couple of better nights wed and thurs and am feeling much more rested. Going out shopping tomorrow as I am supplying the starter and dessert for Sun lunch. Have a wonderful Easter weekend.

Mandy, thanks so much for your encouragement on my willpower. It really helps me a lot. I must confess the reason my willpower is so strong at the moment is because, even though my doctor is so supportive and encouraging, I was mortified at having regained 14 lbs. between September of 2011 and February 2012. That's why I'm bound and detrmined to be under 200 lbs. by my next doctor visit at the end of May. Kudos to YOU on your great job on calories and walking yesterday! And you had only one day so far over in calories and THAT was by a TEENY little 55 calories! If you average your calories, you're well under 1300 calories for the week, so far. That takes willpower! I'm rooting for you on your biology exam. Looks like you really put the time into preparing for it.
