Pretty good day today - lots of protein, not too many carbs:
1. 2 pieces of fruit a day S=N(1), M=Y, T=Y
2. 1 liter of just plain water S=Y M=Y, T=Y
3. No white food S=N (baked potato) M=Y, T=Y
4. 1 tempo run and 1 long run T=oops, not sure when I’ll get both in??
5. Measure blood pressure daily (it was waaaay high this afternoon) S=Y, M=Y (still not where it should be), T=Y
6. Carbs less than 40% S=Y, M=Y(just barely), T=Y (32%)
7. Total calories less than 1600 S=N (last of the holiday splurge), M=N (150 over), T=Y
Beth, the biggest change is I took up CrossFit last year. I finally found a program focused on weights that I could stick with. I love it. So I feel pretty balanced. Still running (have a 1/2 in Feb) doing yoga classes twice a week and a bit of a home practice, and now Crossfit 2 or 3 times a week. And I still have time for work & a great home w/ DH and kitties. . I've managed to keep the weight off, thanks to FD and the great folks on the forum. I am still hoping to get into the 120's some time, but not stressing about it right now.
Nite-nite all!

Mike I hope all is well with your computer at work tomorrow. My fitday seems better tonight glad it wasn’t just me.
Mern I am so glad your back is feeling better. I did enjoy my lazy day I ended up walking on the treadmill and did a couple basic weight exercises but nothing to crazy. It seems if I spend too long on the computer I get really cranky so I needed to break my day up a little bit but it was still very relaxing and has gone by too fast.
Beth Hi nice to meet you.I was having a horrible time getting logged on today and once I did it was so slow I just gave up.
Pam I do really hope people who have chosen health as a resolution will stick to it I just didn’t want to share my lake with them all lol.
Rose and Main80 are still missing hope they come back soon.
Tori Sorry you have to work on your usual down day I feel bad for you but my lazy day was great thanks for asking. I hope you get time to work out before work I know that can be hard if it’s usually a sleep in day.
Cassie 1327 calories I would be calling a good day especially with Chinese food! Your avatar is awesome I need to find me a skinny person it could possibly be better than eating raw food all day.
Although I had a lazy day I did stick to raw food today other than a protein shake at lunch and I managed to drink 4 liters of water so now like Mh say’s I will burn extra calories running to the bathroom all night long. I hope everyone has a great night.
Goals:
Walk 25k: M= 6.9k, T=2k
Exercise 5 days: M=Hike, T=Treadmill
Squats 5 days: M=Y, T=Y
Ab work 5 days: M=Y, T=Y
Calories less than 1400: M=1237, T=1232
Calorie deficit of 5000 for week: M=-1084, T= -676
No sugar: M=Y, T=Y
Cleanse\Eat raw 2 days: T=Yes except 1protein shake.

Woke up at 4AM for a routine potty trip and couldn't get back to sleep, so thought I'd catch up on the thread and then go back to bed and just relax until the grandkids get here.
Quinn, wow, working through lunch really did cut your calories. I know you aren't going to make a habit of that.
Tori, great job on food and exercise!
Pam, I see you posted a yes yesterday for checking your BP. How was it? Your "pretty good" day looked "great" to me!
Cassie, your new avatar cracked me up. Except for the sleep, your report looked way better than "not as bad as it could've been." Only 27 calories over--congrats on that control! I was almost way more under goal in calories yesterday when I felt I didn't need my evening snack, but I had pre-logged a low carb protein shake with flaxmeal and decided it would be more beneficial for me to eat it than to skip such good nutrition.
Darlene, I know we need to exercise control over spending too much time on the computer. Why does spending too much time make you cranky--because you fall behind in other things you need to do? I'm so glad you enjoyed your lazy day and you did a fantastic job on food and exercise! FOUR liters of water! You may do well to invest in a bathroom tissue company--you could get rich! LOL
