WOW I have the munchies tonight! I just want to snack constantly. I HATE nights like this!

Just sayin'.

Plus I have to come back here to report, so hopefully this will keep me honest .

I have not dissappeared! Another Saturday with internet problems... ugh, but without my internet distractions I was able to clean and get on with other projects so.... Friday and Saturday reports, at least I hope that I am done eating for the day because my calories are up.

1. Keep calories between 1200-1300, weekend 1400-1500. 1405. 1294, 1271, 1281, 1219, 1497 .
2. Drink 3 L of water. Yes, Yes, Yes, Not even close, Yes, I will make it.
3. Exercise 3 times. No, Yes, No, No, Yes, Yes
4. Walk dog 3 times. No, No, No, No...... Forget this one
5. Go to bed before midnight. Yes, Yes, No, Ha! Does not apply to weekends, although I probably will today

Hahaha, thats crazy about the wedding, makes no sense, at least 2:00 would make more sense. You will def see a better number next week, hope the swim meet was fun. The next bit might be TMI but I envy that AF is visiting, I wish she came here already... its been making miserable all week... fingers crossed for tomorrow.

Mike, now why is this banana dancing? (no jokes). Congrats on sticking it all week, all the walking, the almost 5 pounds down and all those veggies. For the record I almost always read the Saturday and Sunday posts, so feel free to report away, I will be watching. Actually some weekends ago I wondered why almost nobody seemed to report the goals on the weekends, and it was just chatting going on... maybe we are all thinking nobody will read...

Just eating dinner, eating late so I don't get up during the night to eat. Getting up at 4am to go fishing.
Cassie, I was also thinking that when I do my Monday recaps, I'll do my weigh in as well.

Mike Good job on your loss. Mike I think posting last weeks actuals on Monday is a great idea I do post Sunday night but your right its often only a couple of us here. Have a great fishing trip.

Amy Way to go the on 3m I hope your 4H meeting goes well and you get some time to prepare.

Cassie I hope your lost pounds stick. I think you should post on the weekend so that Mike,Main80,Mh and I have something to read and reply to, we are almost always here. I can’t always post early sat/sun but I always get here and sometimes the page hasn’t even changed.

Main80 I am glad you got your internet up its sure been a pain for you the last few weeks. Your poor puppy you should go for a walk or is he like my dog, she won’t walk with me if the weather is bad it’s the crazy Dalmation side of her she looks outside goes back upstairs and lies in front of the heater. She could never be an outside dog she likes the comforts of home. Great job on your calories and exercise this week!

Nice actuals everyone only one more day and we can pat ourselves on the back for our commitment to the weekend goals!

The farmers market was cold but fun we did not get rained on and I got local late season ambrosia apples for .38 cents a pound. I managed to get 6.2k in today I am not sure if I will get to 16k, Sundays are pretty busy but I will try and I did get 13k in during the week. We are having a pizza party at church tomorrow for our kids they raised $1350 to build a well and I promised them a pizza party if they could do it before Christmas and they have. Pizza is not my favorite but the smell is tempting, so I will go pick up 15 pies and serve them and I will not be tempted or if I am I will not give in I won't eat any! My scale was down this morning so hopefully it will still be tomorrow and I will be able to claim it.

Okay I don't get it. My scale is up 2.0 from yesterday. I've done everything that I should. Logged EVERYTHING, was deficient, no salty foods & a ton of water.
