Mike: I ended up going with a Gaspari Nutrition MyoFusion chocolate 2 pounder. This way I have a month to commit to it everyday. If I can make it through this next month, and STICK IT, then I'll invest in your MGM.

Everyone ever: Bought some Vit D 1000 to help with the seasonal affective nonsense. I'm hoping that all this sickness is just stress induced and in my head and that once I get regulated, then I'll stop sounding like a seal every other week. Spent some time in Ulta and am now ready to take on my new winter nail color of light pink! Besides that, I'm going to the doctor Tuesday and asking for another series of antibiotics, I'm back to not being able to talk without coughing.

GOOD NOTE: THE GIRLS ARE EXCITED ABOUT C25k!!!!

AND Little Victories:
1. I now have to put my jeans in the dryer for them to fit! No more waiting for these babies to air dry!

2. Last night I went to the campus gym to cheer one of my friends on at her rock climbing competition. Well, while I was there, since I'm not a climber, I went and did my upper body lifts during a lull. You guys, I looked fuckin' hot and like I knew what I was doing. My hair looked good, my collar bones were poppin, my moobs looked like boobs- oh it was fabulous! Then got to go back to the comp with an a pumped up upper body and make "I lift things up and put them down" jokes. Haha, it was great. Since I'm unable to row this semester, I'm thinking about trying to learn how to climb. It appears to be quite difficult & I figured that it would help me identify problem areas that I might be neglecting during my lifting routine!
I'm not nearly as mean as a honey badger. Good job on the protein and it's good to hear that the girls are getting excited. That's good news about not having to air dry your jeans. I now have to wear mine for 3 days straight just so they'll begin to fit. The smell doesn't start to get too bad until after the 2nd day. I thought that only guys got moobs?

I just got back from the store and I got some goodies!

organic baby carrots, gala apples, chicken, eggs, water, almonds, organic green tea, broccoli, green beans, blueberries & a rotisserie chicken.

Mike, honey, Fabreeze that "ish"
Also: TOTALLY MEAN TO POST FOOD PORN! NOT FAIR!
Thirdly: I call my boobs "moobs" because I have, (or at least used to have? ) a boyish figure and less breast tissue than most of my male friends. Lately my boob have been surprising me in the shower, so perhaps this self image is no longer accurate? If so, then I am totally stealing Amy's phrase and just telling people that my figure is that of "a sack of wild cats"

Well, I've been feeling a tad down about life this week, but I'm feeling better after going on a run. I finally managed to get up that dang hill! There's a pretty good route right from my apartment, but the only problem is that the last mile is pretty much uphill, and it's no small incline. Today, I managed to run all 3.5 miles. Usually, 3.5 miles would be fine, but that stupid hill has been beating me, but no longer!

Anyway, I'm going to see a nutritionist and the doctor next week, getting my HbA1C blood work done, and hopefully seeing about getting on an insulin pump. I've been putting it off because I feel like it's awkward, but I think I'm ready to take the plunge.
Awkward > inadequate control, I guess. Have to see what insurance will say, though.

So, hope everyone out there is having a good weekend!

Cassie I agree not all crafters move slowly but my mom and daughter sure do I like the caffeine iv idea neither of them drink coffee so the entertainment value would be high. I am also happy about the lack of leftovers. I had made a fruit flan and since we ended up with unexpected guests there wasn’t enough for me so that helped the calories stay low I had saved calories during the day to eat desert.

Mike How did your girlfriend go from size 12 to 4 in a month, that’s amazing tell me more please. Intense goals for losing weight before new year’s, good for you. Nice grocery trip all the healthy food you will need for your new challenge.

Quinn Minus 25 is crazy I wouldn’t be able to go outside I would turn into a popsicle.

Mhibdon Nice job on the jeans. I hope your doctor can help with your sickness you have been fighting it for weeks.

Joanna Congratulations on beating the hill! I hope your insurance covers your insulin pump and your dr’s appointments go well.

I was excited today my friend who’s been hiking with me called to say she bought a better jacket so we could hike through November and she would like to keep going twice a week, so tomorrow we hike. I am really tired today but I managed to get a little walk and my abs/squats in so I won’t feel bad about crawling into pj’s and wasting the night away on the computer. Hope you are all enjoying your Sunday.

Darlene, she did hCG. That seems to be a touchy subject here but I can attest that it works. I've known a few people to do it and they were disciplined enough to follow it. I'll send you a PM b/c I probably shouldn't post her personal stuff in a public forum.
