Well today was rough. I spent 7 hours on the road today for one appointment. I didn't plan ahead so my food choices sucked. I finally made it home and I'm trying to figure out what's wrong with my computer. Last night it was stuck doing an update and it pissed me off waiting for it so I shut it down. Now it won't connect to the Internet.

2.) Water!: OK/Good/Great/Great
3.) Exercise 3 times: 1
4.) More protein!: Not great/Still pretty low/Better/Bad
5.) Finish Astro 502 HW by Wed: Done
Once again, about 170 calories today are from glucose tablets, chasing my blood sugars around... grrr. I'm logging my calories as 1556 for today, but I think I'm gonna need to drink some OJ before going to bed, which means I'll go up another 100 calories, but it's unavoidable. I'm still pretty happy with my calories for today, 'cause when I got home I didn't think I was going to get myself to stop eating (as usual.) Instead, I told myself to just sit down and wait, so I turned on the news and fell asleep for an hour - so no eating!

4.) More protein!: Not great/Still pretty low/Better/Bad
5.) Finish Astro 502 HW by Wed: Done

Well all I can say for today is I am glad it’s over! It was a good food day just a bad emotion day so I am going to sleep early which will make it all better. Goodnight all.

I've been nuts busy lately and almost none of it productive, however I have been logging on to fitday via my telephone. It's a shame you can't get to the forum from the mobile app, because yesterday I had to wait at the car place for 3 hours (and they didn't even manage to fix my car). I'm caught up through page 13 on this thread, hopefully I'll have a few minutes to finish reading later today, but like the rest of the week I'm buried in mountains of things that need to be taken care of, so that's 50/50. Rest assured I've not fallen completely off the wagon. And Mike I haven't registered for that race in NOLA either, and if I do rest assured I'll train for it. HA.
