Another 1.5lbs off this week which although isnt alot at least its going in therright direction. It looks as though im back to being consistent and feeling back in control again.

Only down two pounds this week.... But I can't be too upset - I haven't been very good with my calories and exercise -- I have had a lot of cheat days/moments....

Slow and steady may win the race but it seems to be getting a bit on the boring side, especially when DH claims he doesn't see any difference. :p I'm so grateful for girlfriends. :)

Don't feel bad, my guy has said that from the beginning and is still saying it 60 lbs later. He explained to me that my size, no matter what it is, is fine with him and so he doesnt focus on what current size it is. He says the same about hair color. I had, for the 1st time, "colored" my hair ( just tried to hide the grey) but got 1 shade too dark.. to me it looks sooooo very dark, to him, he didnt even notice.

I guess some men are like that, so it IS a good thing other friends DO!
