Any other ladies representing the UK?!
It would be great if I could find some other ladies from the UK!
FitDay seems to be very North American orientated, and I do struggle some times to get information on recipes, foods, etc that are relevant to the UK market.
Would be a great help if anyone from the UK is also on a journey, and maybe we can all help eachother?
