Breastfeeding, Category on here for that?
Hello, I am a mother of a 7 week old and I nurse exclusively 7 times a day, approximately 4 ounces each time. Does anyone know if FITDAY has a category for that activity or approximately how many calories that burns? Thanks for the help!

I breastfeed all 3 of my boys. I found this information from a web site I used as a young mother. Hope it helps. You can cutomize an activity for it.
"Breastfeeding burns an average of 500 calories a day, with the typical range from 200 to 600 calories burned a day. It’s estimated that the production of one ounce of breast milk burns 20 calories. "
