It's a good idea to make sure you're getting enough hydration and protein. This doesn't just mean more protein though. You might be getting enough already. I'd recommend using a nutrition tracker to get to know your eating and nutrition trends. That will give you an idea where you are now so you can decide where you want to make changes.
