Google 'Leslie Sansone.' She has a very popular program on video (DVD, streaming, etc.) for walking in place with her and and a group. You can walk at home. While she walks, she has some other body exercises that add to the challenge.

i started walking and watching what I eat and is working. I sarted wit 5.000 steps and move my way up. Now im walking a minimun of 10.000 a day and Im feeling so much better (i was diagnose wit arthritis and walking has help me a lot

Walking really helped me lose weight. Frankly speaking, I like walking in general but when I turned it into a real everyday exercise it became slightly monotonous. I usually listen to music on the go as it helps me to concentrate on my breath and pace and not to get bored. Also for me, it is the best way to enjoy my favorite songs. On YouTube, I always discover great songs that I convert to mp3 with the help of this youtube Personally, I like this one as it works with all the popular platforms. Moreover, it's quite fast and easy to use.
