It happens! I'm sure you'll see a loss next week--our bodies don't always adhere to the "math" in the short term, though on average over time they seem to.
I'm uptacamp drinking and eating too much, so I won't be weighing in for at least a week after I get home and back on plan.
Keep up the good fight and let us know about your big loss next weigh-in!
Regards,
Michael

I just started visiting these forums for the first time in a long time and I have to say I am loving the story. Tough love can be the best thing sometimes. Better still is that you recognize where your problems were and how you are going to address them. It will be a long journey, even at the very aggressive pace you have set for yourself. If done in a healthy way however it will be totally worth it. I look forward to reading more updates. Congratulations on the progress to date.

Back at it again, keeping track and logging everything.
Somewhat stumbled in May. Dealing with some family issues that I have a sneaky suspicion are not over yet. Without getting into too much detail it involved lots of traveling, sleeping in hotels and "moderating" between my sister and her daughter. My niece may be living with me before the summer is over. Not having a job really did turn out to be a blessing in order to be there for the family.
Stopped logging, weighing-in, and letting the diet slip a bit.
I am even more motivated and determined now.
I have not weighed myself yet, will weigh-in this Sunday.
Loving the summer heat though. Looking forward for my tomatoes and chilis to grow so I can make some home made salsa. TASTY!
