I found that protein is important, but if my testosterone is off and my adrenal glands are barely working then it doesn't really matter to my body what I am eating. I started taking supplements from allergy research group about a year ago that have really helped me! Now I tell everyone to take supplements because they will enhance everything else you do!!!
