I put together 10 of my best methods to boosting testosterone:

1. Resistance Training (Moderately High to INTENSE weights)
2. High Quality Fats!
3. Micronutrients (Vitamins and Minerals)
4. QUALITY SLEEP!
5. Vitamin D
5.5 - HAVE SEX
6. NO FAP STOP MASTURBATING. JUST TRY IT. SERIOUSLY.
7. Surround Yourself with Beautiful Girls!
8. Cold Showers
9. Power Posing
10. Growling

I found that protein is important, but if my testosterone is off and my adrenal glands are barely working then it doesn't really matter to my body what I am eating. I started taking supplements from allergy research group about a year ago that have really helped me! Now I tell everyone to take supplements because they will enhance everything else you do!!!
