Thanks you guys. I think I've just got to grit my teeth for the first little while until it becomes a habit and I can see some results. Trouble is there always seems to be a "bad" bit to the day that sends me to the crisps and other goodies and then that's it!

Congratulations! All of your hard work has really paid off! I have also lost 100lbs recently but unfortunately I still have about 50 to go. I know that I will do it though!

Fantastic! I needed this inspiration to get my butt in gear! Waiting around for the magic pill for the last 2 years has only made me 10 pounds fatter!
