Great Weigh In~I feel good
I weigh in monthly at curves, and very happy today...down 7lbs, 7.5 inches and dropped another 1.70 % of body fat!! Yeah Me
Official Journey..(unofficial 202 pre curves start up)
Jan. 9th 2011~196.5, BMI 32.7, body fat 40%
Today...178 lbs, BMI 29.87, body fat 36.00
oh yeah and also found my waist!!!
