Default Quarterly Blood test results....

My Doc has me on a quarterly blood test routine and I got some results back today. I dropped 15 points off my cholesterol- it tested at 186 in Oct. and today its at 171.

Not bad, but it was a consistent 151 for the 1st half of last year-my goal this year is to get back to the 150 range.
I also got some results back from a Stress Echocardiogram Test I took in Oct.,I passed with flying colors, my heart is strong and healthy.
I find that amazing especially after all those wasted years of poor diet, smoking, partying and boozing it up.
I think I'll celebrate by signing up for another 5k run

Of course I have Fitday to thank

Well done! Is that just through a decent diet or do you make use of cholestorol-reducing drinks/spread etc? I've heard they can be quite effective?

Yep, diet & exercise. I also take fish oil geltabs daily and the only spreads I use would be this:

You gotta love it when a plan comes together. Congratulations on your test results. I had a really funny doc visit this past month. I've been seeing a new doc this past year, okay I've seen her twice. Anyhow when I went in for the annual physical, she opened the file, looked at me, looked at the file, looked at me again, then left the room and told the nurse she had the wrong file. Then she came back in with the same file and asked to see my ID. Too too funny.
