Success story of Jordan He lost 220 lbs

When Jordan weighed 450lbs, He felt that his weight had taken over his life.
The 22-year-old boy from Toronto had grown up overweight and struggled in college through the boys who flouted him to his overweight body.
One day, he decided that it was getting out of his hand and was determined to fight for the life that he wanted. So, he set a target that he would lose 200lbs in 1 year.
