Ok I haven't updated lately. Haven't been logging my foods. I have a health scare at the moment so until I find out exactly whats going on I will be out of sorts.
Heres my current status: Beginning 201.6 Aug 5th Last 193 Oct 22 Today 191.6 11/16 Down ten pounds since 8/5/20 |
That is alot of weight 7 kg aka 15 lbs in three weeks. Congrats but personally I could not eat that little for any length of time

well I am still here, just been bad about logging and keeping on track. Too many cookies, too much holiday food junk.
Beginning 201.6 Aug 5th 193 Oct 22 191.6 11/16 so I HAD lost ten pounds BUT today update 12/28/2020 weight 192.6 I put some back on one pound but thank god it wasnt all of it 201.6 Aug 5/2020 192.6 Dec 28/2020 total lost thus far 9 pounds My original goal was to be 180 by 1/18/2021 I will be logging more regular now Heres to the New Year!! |
Hello! Thank you for sharing your stories. Right now my goal is to gain muscle mass, so I work out three times a week, watch my diet and weigh myself at the end of the week.
