My first 10 pounds gone!

Started right around the beginning of the month at about 225-227 (depending on what scale you ask) and with just changing diet by cutting out sodas and replacing them with water, and getting in a 3 mile walk each day I've gone down 10-12 pounds (again, depending on scale) in under 1 month. I'm in the 213-215 range now. The tools on this site really help also, much easier than just guessing at how I'm doing. 200 even, here I come.

Congratulations! I just started as well and so far I have lost 10 lbs in two weeks. I cut out beer and no sodas more water. I also am only eating health choice , smart ones, and lean cuisine meals. I choose to do that because clearly I was not eating the right portions of food. I have not done any exercise yet. If i stop loosing weight I will start exercising.
