Fit goals this week:

Four cardio workouts this week.
80oz of water each day
3 servings of fruit/veggies each day
Do additional 4000 steps this week

%RDA is not 0%

You may have to calculate it yourself. The simplest calculation for RDA of total fat is 3% of your total amount of calories consumed. Saturated fat is only 1% of total amount of calories consumed.
