I know what anxiety is from my own experience. I addressed doctors and took Canada Drugs anti-anxiety pills, but to be honest, they didn't solve the problem, they only masked it.
What really works for me is regular exercise and meditation. Also, I know that some people find group therapy to be helpful.

Self care helped me. I was like " I need to stand up and do smth, I juct can not lie all day long". So I started to do smth, like yoga and meditation. Also gaming helped me a lot. Because I just dived into playing and speaking with playes and it helped me not to stay alone with my emotions and thought so after some hours of gaming https://www.gangnamshirtroom.net/ I started to feel that I am alive. So this is about me

<!--td {border: 1px solid #cccccc;}br {mso-data-placement:same-cell;}-->I completely understand how challenging dealing with anxiety can be. One approach that has been particularly helpful for me is mindfulness meditation. It has a profound impact on reducing anxiety levels. You can start by simply focusing on your breath and staying present in the moment. It's a practice that can be easily integrated into your daily routine. Another useful resource is https://broccolinugs.co.uk/ where you can find a variety of helpful articles, tools, and guided meditations specifically designed to alleviate anxiety. They offer comprehensive guidance on mindfulness techniques and strategies that can make a real difference in your life. Remember, it's important to combine different approaches to find what works best for you. Give it a try, and I hope you find it as beneficial as I did!
