Hi, Thank you for your question, In my opinion meditation can really help with reducing anxiety. The more we practice, the better the result. What's more, the high-quality meditation is not only can help It also can help us have a better sleep, better focus and better mood.

I agree with the comment that meditation helps with anxiety. I have been practicing meditation for over a year and am satisfied with the results. But I also take magnesium and vitamins to reduce my anxiety.

For me, the best way is to have therapy sessions twice a week. It's the only thing that helps me. And of course, work/life balance, I try not to push myself to the limits

Anxiety is one of the most common mental health disorders. Statistics say that 1 in 4 people experience a mental health problem every year, which means that it is very likely that you know someone who has experienced anxiety, even if you don't know that they have. It has a significant impact on a person's daily mental health and can be extremely debilitating in some cases. A new study proves that CBD can help with anxiety in teens and young adults. After a 12-week treatment period, subjects reported a 42.6% reduction in anxiety. The study was small, and experts say more research is needed. This article on Originals CBD UK can help you figure out for yourself if you should use it to reduce anxiety.

Do these supplements really help? I've never tried them, but I think you can try them if they help.

Everyone has their own point of view, and it's important to respect the opinions of others.

Reducing anxiety can be achieved through a combination of strategies, and the most effective approach may vary from person to person. Here are some generally recommended ways to reduce anxiety:
  1. Therapy: Consider talking to a therapist or counselor, especially one who specializes in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or mindfulness-based therapies. They can help you understand the root causes of your anxiety and provide tools to manage it.
  2. Medication: In some cases, medication prescribed by a healthcare professional can be helpful in reducing anxiety symptoms. This should be discussed with a doctor and used under their guidance.
  3. Mindfulness and Meditation: Mindfulness techniques and meditation can help you stay present and reduce anxious thoughts. Practicing these regularly can improve your overall mental well-being.
  4. Regular Exercise: Physical activity is known to reduce anxiety and improve mood by releasing endorphins. Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise most days of the week.
  5. Healthy Diet: Eating a balanced diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains can positively impact your mood and reduce anxiety. Avoid excessive caffeine and sugar, which can exacerbate anxiety.
  6. Adequate Sleep: Prioritize good sleep hygiene. A lack of sleep can contribute to anxiety. Establish a regular sleep schedule and create a comfortable sleep environment.
  7. Stress Management: Learn effective stress management techniques, such as deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, or journaling. These can help you cope with stressors that trigger anxiety.
  8. Social Support: Talk to friends and family about your feelings. Social support can provide emotional reassurance and reduce feelings of isolation.
  9. Limit Stimulants: Reduce or eliminate the consumption of alcohol, nicotine, and recreational drugs, as they can increase anxiety.
  10. Set Realistic Goals: Avoid overloading yourself with too many responsibilities and commitments. Setting realistic goals and priorities can reduce the pressure that contributes to anxiety.
  11. Time Management: Effective time management can help you avoid feeling overwhelmed. Create schedules and prioritize tasks to reduce stress.
  12. Limit Exposure to Stressors: Identify and minimize exposure to situations or people that consistently trigger your anxiety.
  13. Self-Care: Make time for self-care activities you enjoy, such as hobbies, reading, or taking a bath. Self-care can provide relaxation and reduce stress.
  14. Seeking Support Groups: Joining a support group for people with anxiety or related conditions can provide a sense of community and shared understanding.
  15. Professional Help: If your anxiety is severe and interfering with your daily life, it's crucial to seek help from a mental health professional. They can provide a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs.
Remember that it may take time to find the right combination of strategies that work for you. Be patient with yourself and open to trying different approaches. It's also essential to consult with a healthcare provider to rule out any underlying medical conditions and to receive guidance on managing your anxiety effectively.
