i don't have any new year resolution, never did. if i make my mind to do something, i'll do it, no matter if it is January or July.
i'm trying to start a strenght training program to build up lean muscle, routines i find online are hard to do for me, so if any of you have any suggestion on a good strength training DVD, please let me know.

I am resolving to not make any resolutions.

I am continuing my education into the New Year to start my Health Coaching Business and take my Certification to the next level.

I am continuing with the lifestyle change to all organic, clean foods. No grains, limited dairy and no beans / legumes.

Move more - whether it be at the gym, outside walking the dogs........

There is no better time than the present to start making changes or keep on, keeping on!!

Ok I see that "no resolution" seems to be a common answer.

I can understand that b/c years ago when I went to a different gym, come Jan 1 the gym was full of new faces (trying to make a New Years resolution), but come March 1 most of they were gone.

I guess I should have asked what are your 2011 goals and how are you going to better yourself?

2011 goals?.....
1. Keep up the healthy lifestyle for starters..
2. Start training for 10k runs
3. Get a road bike
4. Achieve 10% body fat
5. Keep inspiring others

I want to visit a minimum of five concerts next year. I’ve already spoken to hard rock stadium customer service and made a couple of bookings for some amazing events. I’m really excited about the upcoming performances! On top of that, I would love to visit at least three new countries. Travel has always been something I’m passionate about, and I’m determined to explore new cultures and experiences. It's going to be a year full of adventure, music, and memories
