Default Rda

Where can I find an accurate, up-to-date list of RDA's for the basic food components, ie. Fat, Protein, etc. I have yet to find a site that has this information. Thanks.

Actually, there is no RDA for fat, protein, and carbs. That's entirely up to the "user." Some folks swear by low carb, others like more of a balance; some go low fat. These are you marcronutrients; RDA only is set for micronutrients (i.e., vitamins)

And now that you don't have to be perfect, you can be good.
