Well, you are right, but due to our work life imbalanced we can only manage either on exercise or diet. I did start with exercise along with good diet, but couldn't continue the same. I have been suggested by someone that I can continue my exercise and if I can't take nutrition completely I can switch to multivitamins or daily essentials.Now i have been taking Steadfast Nutrition's honey peanut butter with Collastead. If you guys want to give it a try you should go for it.
