Not sure if this was meant as a serious post or not – but I would like to believe that there’s countless places to get protein. My favorite has to be chicken because there are so many different ways that you can spice it up and it is always learn (if you go with chicken breast of course).

1. Seafood
2. Milk, Cheese, and Yogurt
3. Beans
4. White-Meat Poultry
5. Eggs
