Default New but not new

Hello everyone!
I used this site about 10 years ago. So now I am starting over with my husband at my side this time. Getting started is harder than I thought it would be. My goal is 100 lbs. If I'm gonna dream, dream big. I hope to find support when I tend to waver or get tempted to fall off my little red wagon. I do buy healthy foods, but I am hoping as I track everything I can see what and where my temptations are that I give into, and correct it. The older I get, the more I find my health going down. When I retire, I want to be healthy enough to travel.

Here here to that!!! And let me correct you, don't want to dream "big", you want to dream "small", better yet dream "lean and ripped". Well anyway welcome to the forum and good luck to you.
