I see a lot of debate between EAAs (essential amino acids) and BCAAs (branched-chain amino acids). Some people say BCAAs are enough, while others argue EAAs are better because they contain all essential aminos. Is it worth switching from BCAAs to EAAs, or do they have similar effects?

EAAs are generally more beneficial because they provide all the essential amino acids needed for muscle protein synthesis, whereas BCAAs only contain three of them (leucine, isoleucine, valine). If your protein intake is already high, BCAAs can help with muscle recovery, but for overall muscle growth, EAAs are the better choice. Many high-quality EAA and BCAA supplements are available at Supplements 4 Muscle https://supplements4muscle.com/en/2-home I personally felt a noticeable improvement in recovery when I switched to EAAs. If you train hard and want optimal muscle repair, EAAs are the way to go.
