The Role of EAA vs. BCAA in Muscle Growth
I see a lot of debate between EAAs (essential amino acids) and BCAAs (branched-chain amino acids). Some people say BCAAs are enough, while others argue EAAs are better because they contain all essential aminos. Is it worth switching from BCAAs to EAAs, or do they have similar effects?

EAAs are generally more beneficial because they provide all the essential amino acids needed for muscle protein synthesis, whereas BCAAs only contain three of them (leucine, isoleucine, valine).
