Default getting back on track...

hey!
i am back on the weight loss train. i have previously lost 50 pounds but have since gained most of it back due to going out and drinking, ect.
i am 24 and live in SF, so cutting out alcohol is a large part of my weight loss.
i weighed myself today, and i am at 177.8.
i wish to get back to at least 145.
i work along the embarcadero and plan to walk to work today.
it is beautiful, there is no reason not to.

i hope to find new friends with similar goals.
take care.

Amanda, welcome to FitDay and the forums.

I hear ya' about the drinking--I've been known to tip a few (and a few more....and a few more) from time to time. But, of course, we can't do that and lose weight at the same time. I limit my consumption to once a month now--gives me something to look forward to and is not enough to derail some decent weight loss.

Stick with FitDay and I know you'll reach your goal!

Regards,
Michael
