63 SBM 5-6 started 7-28-17 393 lbs lost 12 lbs first month Counting Calories former Banker/ Accountant Love numbers so CC (calorie counting ) is right up my alley.. Did it before 2009 to 2010 18 months lost 125 lbs.. so the process is easy for me.. I HATE EXERCISING ..A true believer that i can lose weight with out it. Using FitDay since first of Sept 2017.. ez to understand and use. Visit nurse once per month and only weigh myself then.. no scale at home that goes to 400 lbs.. Easier to stay focused if i dont get on the scale daily. Look for advice on calculating home cooked meals.. any thats enuff for now..Good Luck to all who struggle..Be Blessed

Hello ravsharan and hello Alexjander. The fitday reports are great. Keep up your daily logs and then you will be able to see how the calories and nutrition info pays off over time.
These boards in the forum and kind of quiet. Moderators have to spend all their time fighting off spam. But don't be discouraged from keeping up your own info.
