Red face Just Joined Today

Hello! I'm new to this website, but not new to trying to lose weight. I've been making attempts for about six years now and am still struggling.

I am 25 years old and I weigh 270 lbs. I am aiming to weigh approximately 140 pounds and wanted to start fresh by joining this place. I'm going to be doing CICO as well as some minor exercise routines.

I'm hoping to pick up the exercise once I lose more weight but for now I'm focusing on my eating habits, which need a lot of fixing.

Anyway, I'm hoping to find someone to share this journey with as I am basically all alone. Wish me luck as I embark on this new lifestyle!

Beautiflyhealth I wish you luck on your journey. I just joined today too. I am 51 and weigh 185. I have had a hard time losing weight in the past. Hopefully if we pay attention to what we eat it will help us take off a few pounds.

Welcome to Fitday!

dieting and exercising to lose weight can be a pretty polarizing topic. Either you do it or not. Or, changing small habits that give you the ability to make long term results, will give you what you're looking for.

What kinds of things are you addicted to, as far as food/drink? For me, I struggle with soda, and other sugary drinks.

Hii..I joined yesterday..Do cardio with some weight lifting and eat right. I know it is not easy, but the best way to lose weight quickly.
