I believe a good meditation could help a person through both mental and physical health. I used to deal with anxiety & stress which actually made me gain weight and affect my mentality as well. I was visiting Connecticut to see my cousin who introduced to holistic healing methods which spiritual consultant are expert in since they help you meditate properly and teach different exercises. At first I thought this wouldn't work but slowly I began to feel way better. Now I am the most free spirited girl.
